Wild At Heart Photo Gallery - Long-eared Owl

The Long-eared Owl is found year-round in parts of Arizona and, in the winter, is occasionally found in groups in the southern desert areas. The owl pictured here suffered a broken wing and was photographed during the recovery period. With luck, this owl will be released to fly free again someday.
